Roman Theater of Nicopolis

·         The Regional Authority of Epirus has signed a Programmatic Agreement with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism amounting to € 100,000 for the completion of the excavation works and the monument’s photographic documentation.

·         The project "Protection - conservation and restoration of the great theater of Nicopolis" was integrated in the program "Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship 2007-2013" (NSRF), with financial outlay of 1,500,180 euros.

·         Works are now in progress.
